In 1991, Murray Frankel began his consulting company with the concept of creating a unique firm specializing in a ‘combined service approach’. This included legal expert consultation  related to the construction industry, building inspection, diagnostics and architecture. By 2001, Le Groupe Murray Frankel was established along with Chardonnay Construction.
